Where We Deliver
We are currently only able to offer deliveries within the UK and Northern Island.
Please be aware that this excludes Jersey and Guernsey.
We offer Free Local Delivery to addresses within three (3) miles of our St. Ives Location. If the address for delivery falls within this area the option to choose Free Local Delivery will appear at the checkout.
Please use the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout to advise us as to suitable delivery times \ days, allowing at least one working day from time of order. We may contact you in order to ensure that your order is delivered successfully.
Note that if nobody over the age of 18 is available to receive the Free Local Delivery at the agreed time it will be returned to our St. Ives location for collection. You may be charged for any requested re-delivery.
National Delivery (please allow 5 working days for delivery)

Our national parcel deliveries are sent via Parcelforce’s 48hr tracked service.
All deliveries require a signature for the parcel therefore if you believe that there may not be someone present to receive the delivery it is advisable to suggest leaving it with a neighbour.
If there is nobody available to receive the delivery and you do not provide any instructions, Parcelforce will leave a card and your delivery will be delayed.
If you require delivery on or before a specific date, or are only able to receive deliveries during certain times of day please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to find a cost effective solution that fulfils your needs.
If you are sending a gift to a third party via Local Delivery please provide a daytime telephone number for the recipient in the Alternative Address Section of your order form. Please also use the Order notes Section if there is a specific place to leave the package(s) if the recipient is out, such as ‘If out leave with neighbour’. If our driver does not have instructions and nobody is available to receive the Local Delivery, we will return the package to out St. Ives Location.
If you are sending a gift to a third party via National Delivery please provide a daytime telephone number for the recipient in the Order Notes Section Section of your order form. Please also use the Order Notes Section if there is a specific place to leave the package(s) if the recipient is out, such as ‘If out leave with neighbour’. If you do not provide any instructions, Parcelforce will leave a card and your delivery will be delayed.We are also happy to include a message of your choice to accompany the gift. If you would like a message to be included please provide this in the Comments section of your order form.
Billing Delivery Charges
Delivery charges quoted at the time of placing your order with us may vary from the final charge. We will ALWAYS notify you in advance if the final charge is more expensive.Please note that we do not charge your card when you place your order using our website. Your card will not be charged until your order has been processed by our sales team.
